The Board of Directors of AVILLION wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the proposed adoption of a new Constitution of the Company ("Proposed Adoption") at the forthcoming Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting ("27th AGM").  

The Proposed Adoption is made mainly to update the Constitution so as to ensure compliance with the amended Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, to provide clarity and consistency with the amendments that arise from the Companies Act, 2016, and other relevant regulatory provisions.

The proposed new Constitution will be set out in Appendix A of the Notice of the 27th AGM of the Company to be circulated to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
