Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad listing requirements, we wish to announce that Datin Irene Tan, a director of Reliance Pacific Berhad (“RPB” or “Company”) have given notice of her intention to deal in the securities of RPB during closed period pending the announcement by the Company of its results for the first quarter ended 30 June 2015.  The number and percentage of indirect shares of RM0.20 each  held by her is 387,355,733 shares (45.12%).
