The Board of Directors of Reliance Pacific Berhad wishes to announce that on 5th February 2008, four share sale agreements were signed between RPB's two wholly owned subsidiaries respectively (RPB Holdings (Overseas) Limited and RPB Travel Holdings Sdn Bhd ) and the vendors of the nine acquiree companies.
