We refer to our earlier announcement dated 23 May 2012 pertaining to an application to CCM for the striking off a dormant subsidiary named Vector Junction Sdn. Bhd. under Section 308 of the Companies' Act 1965.
The Board wishes to announce that on 26 April 2013, Vector Junction received a Section 308(4) notice from CCM confirming that its name has been published in the gazette and struck off from the Register of Companies.
