The Board of Directors' of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened at a later date:-
A) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority

B) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate

A circular containing details of the above mentioned will be dispatched to shareholders together with the Annual Report of RPB in due course.
