Further to the announcement dated 12 November 2010, Reliance Pacific Berhad wishes to announce that its subsidiary, ANV Production Services Sdn Bhd which was placed under voluntary liquidation has held its final meeting on 28 March 2012 and was dissolved on 29 June 2012, after the expiration of 3 months from the date of the lodgement of the Return by Liquidator Relating to the Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia
