Reference is made on the announcement dated 8/3/2012. We wish to furnish the following information :

1.0 The building owned by Menara Ampang Sdn. Bhd is approximately 10 years old and it is a 2 storey building.

2.0 The fair value of the valuation carried out by Henry Butcher Malaysia Sdn Bhd on 28/4/2011 is RM90.275,000.

3.0 Md Wira Dani Bin Abdul Daim has deemed interest in Ibu Kota Developments Sdn Bhd by virtue of his shareholdings of 10 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in Daza Holdings Sdn Bhd. (representing 10% of the issued and paid up share capital of Daza Holdings Sdn Bhd)

4.0 The valuation report dated 25/8/2011 was based on the audited accounts of Menara Ampang Sdn. Bhd for the financial year ended 31/12/2010.

5.0 The prospect is good as the property owned by Menara Ampang Sdn Bhd is located on prime land. We believe that this investment will contribute positively to RPB Group in due course.
