Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 24 May 2024 ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that there has been no material development in the MOU between Avillion Berhad and Sonid Co., Ltd since the Announcement.
