Reference is made to the news on mainstream media on 29 January 2024 in relation to Avillion Berhad (“AVI”) and some of its subsidiaries appearing on the list of undeclared assets of Tun Dr. Abdul Daim bin Zainuddin.

AVI is a public company listed on Bursa Malaysia.  AVI and its subsidiaries (the “AVI Group”) are governed by and in compliance with Bursa Malaysia’s Listing Requirements, Rules and Guidelines. The AVI Group has been operating and will continue to operate as a public company.

As such, the AVI Group will be operating its business as usual.
