We refer to the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the placement of the Final Tranche comprising 90,464,686 Placement Shares has been completed today following the listing and quotation of 90,464,686 Placement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. As such, this marks the completion of the Placement.

However, in view that the third extension of time granted by Bursa Securities for the Company to complete the implementation of the Proposals is on 21 November 2021, the Company will not be able to proceed with the Free Warrants Issue. Nevertheless, the Board may reconsider the Free Warrants Issue in the future and will make the necessary announcement(s) and take the necessary step(s) as required under the Listing Requirements should the Board decide to do so.
