We would like to inform that pursuant to the Supplemental Deed Poll No. 2 dated 5 November 1999 re the abovementioned, the outstanding warrants were trading "out-of-money". Hence, the Company shall extend the exercise period of the warrants for a further period of one (1) year expiring on the 13 April 2005.

Further be informed that the exercise period of warrant will not be extended beyond 13 April 2005.
