On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the issue price for the Placement Shares has been fixed on 22 July 2019 (“Price-Fixing Date”) at RM0.15 per Placement Share, represents a discount of approximately 1.57% to the five (5)-day VWAP of Avillion Shares up to and including 19 July 2019, being the last market day prior to the Price-Fixing Date, of RM0.1524 per Avillion Share.
