We wish to announce that Everwin Inc Limited, a subsidiary company incorporated in Hong Kong and RPB Hotels International Services Pty Limited, a subsidiary company incorporated in Australia are deregistered by the Companies Registry of  Hong Kong and  the Australian Securities & Investments Commission respectively.

The deregistration of the above dormant subsidiaries will not have any financial effect on the RPB Group.
