Avillion Hotel Group Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Pacific Berhad (RPB), has via its wholly owned subsidiary Avillion Private Collection Limited incoporated a subsidiary company named Everwin Inc Limited in Hong Kong.

Everwin Inc Limited has a paid up capital of HKD20,000.

The rationale for the incorporation is for property marketing and management services.

There is no material effects on RPB’s group earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for the financial year ended 31 March 2015.

There are no directors or substantial shareholders' interest in respect of the aforesaid transaction.

There are no government authorities’ approval, shareholders’ approval and any other approvals required.
