Further to the announcement dated 30 November 2007, we wish to inform that the Shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors for Shareholders as at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 18 December 2007 are entitled to the Share Split.The issued and paid-up share capital of RPB of RM171,710,350 comprising 171,710,350 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each will be sub-divided into 858,551,750 ordinary shares of RM0.20 each.
