Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 May 2025, 26 May 2025, 8 July 2025, 11 July 2025, 29 July 2025, 30 July 2025, 7 August 2025 as well as the circular to shareholders dated 14 July 2025 in relation to, among others, the Private Placement (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.
 
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Private Placement has been completed today following the listing of and quotation for 283,000,000 Placement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities, raising gross proceeds of RM11,320,000. As the Company has decided not to place out the remaining Placement Shares under the Private Placement, the Private Placement is deemed completed today.
