Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 May 2025, 26 May 2025, 8 July 2025, 11 July 2025 and 29 July 2025 as well as the circular to shareholders dated 14 July 2025 in relation to, among others, the Private Placement (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Board has on 30 July 2025 fixed the issue price at RM0.04 per Placement Share for the Private Placement.

The issue price of RM0.04 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0005 or 1.2% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of the Shares up to and including 29 July 2025 of RM0.0405 per Share.
