We refer to the announcements made on 4 April 2011 in relation to the above matter.

The Board of RPB wish to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had vide its letter dated 24 May 2011 granted RPB an extension of time from 1 April 2011 (being the date immediately upon completion of the disposal of its entire equity interest in certain subsidiaries of its travel division) to the fothcoming Annual General Meeting or Extraordinary General Meeting, whichever is ealier. to obtain shareholders' ratification and shareholders' mandate for the RRPT pursuant to Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("LR").

RPB is required to comply with the disclosure obligations in relation to the RRPT as set out in Paragraph 10.09(1) of the LR.
