The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 24 January 2011 in relation to the Proposed Disposal.

We refer to the announcements dated 24 January 2011, 27 January 2011, 31 January 2011, 15 March 2011 and 31 March 2011 in relation to the Proposed Disposal.
