Reliance Pacific Berhad ("RPB") wishes to announce that the following dormant subsidiary companies have been placed under members' voluntary winding up:-

1. Avillion Hotels International (Sydney) Pty Ltd
2. Reliance-OSW (Nominees) Pty Ltd

The voluntary winding up of these subsidiary companies have no material effect on the earnings and net asset of the RPB Group for the financial year ended 31 March 2011. None of the directors or substantial shareholders of RPB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transactions.
