The Proposed Disposal Of Avillion Hotel, Sydney

At an EGM of the Company held on 8 March 2007 , the Company has obtained approval from its shareholders for the following resolution:-

"THAT approval be and is hereby given for the proposed disposals of business of Avillion Hotel, Sydney and the proposed disposal of land located at 389, Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia (hereinafter referred as "the Proposed Disposals") for a total consideration of AUD115 million (RM316.25 Million) in accordance with the terms and conditions therein stipulated in the Business Sale Deed dated 15 January 2007 and the Contract for Sale of Land dated 15 January 2007 respectively."
