We refer to the announcement made on 22/5/2003 regarding the sale of investment company, Xplonet Capital Sdn Bhd ('Xplonet') and the sale of subsidiary company Reliance Computer Centre Sdn Bhd ('RCC'), both of which are subsidiaries of RPB.

Please be informed that approvals were obtained from SC, Mesdaq Market and FIC on 22nd September 2003 in connection with the proposed initial public offering by Ingenuity Solutions Berhad ('ISB') of its ordinary shares and the listing of and quotation for ISB shares on the Mesdaq Market.

The above transaction has no immediate impact on the Group's net tangible asset per share..
