We would like to inform that pursuant to the Supplemental Deed Poll No. 2 dated 5 November 1999 re the abovementioned, the outstanding warrants were trading "out-of-money". Hence, the Company shall extend the exercise period of the warrants for a further period of one(1) year expiring on the 13th day of April 2004.

Please note that there is provision to allow for further extension for up to one (1) year to 13 April 2005 should the outstanding warrants be trading "out-of-money".
