We are pleased to inform that the difference between the 4th quarter announcement and the Annual Report is mainly due to taxation. Reasons for the difference in taxation are:-


a) overprovision of current year taxation after taking into account the unabsorbed losses
brought forward.

b) adjustment of overprovision of taxation in prior year
